Each of our dental operatories is equipped with a Schick® digital radiography unit. This is a computerized X-ray imaging system that utilizes an electronic sensor instead of X-ray film. The sensors produce sharp and clear images that appear almost instantly on a computer screen.

In addition to the virtually instant images, a significant advantage is that the digital system has huge health benefits because it uses up to 90% less radiation than conventional film X-rays

Once the x-ray images are captured onto the computer, they can be digitally enhanced to show the dentist details that conventional films could not.
