I always apreciate the conformation calls from the front desk as it always gets hectic at work. I would also recommend you sign up for their online conformation system, syncs with my iPad. I've had the same hygienist both times I've been in for a cleaning here, and she has both times been extremely thoughtful, friendly and attentive. I tend to have very sensitive teeth, which has made cleanings quite painful in the past, but I have had no major problems with it here.

I've had quite a bit of work done on my teeth at premier dental including cleanings, checkups, oral surgery, fillings... I have to say that I'm very pleased with all of the work that's been done... the dentists and hygienists have been very nice, professional, and most importantly the work has been relatively painless. I almost look forward to going to the dentist now... almost. The office staff has also done a wonderful job with my scheduling of appointments and dealing with my insurance. i'd give them six stars if I could!

As a child I remember a very bad experience visiting the dentist. So in my adult life I was very aprehensive about seeing the dentist. When I arrived at Premier Dental Associates I was greeted by two wonderful women at the front desk, Lonnie & Darcey. Both women where very knowledgeable of the procedure I was having. Lonnie, went on step further, she came in and held my hand during my procedure and assured me that everything would be okay. Who does that? Premier Dental Associates does that. Thanks Premier for being a cut above all the rest.

I have been seeing dr qiong for years. I travel a long way to get here--which is really saying something for the girl who hates subways! She is always supremely attentive and goes the extra mile to ensure that I have a great experience. She also has the gentle touch. Also--a mention for alma, who is a fabulous hygienist! Thoughtful, thorough, and friendly. They make a great team! I love this practice.

Everyone from the dentist right down to the office staff is super friendly and helpful. While the office always seems to be busy, in the 4 times that I have been here the staff always makes the time to fully answer whatever medical procedures and/or administrative questions I may have. Two of my wisdom teeth need to be extracted and there is no question which group I will be using.

When i meet with Dr.Q, she helps me feel comforalbe with the process of having my teeth checked.

Dr. Quiong is wonderful i am a patient that has a lot dental problems and i am very sensative about the appearence of my teeth. i've beeen a patient of dr.quoing's for over 6 years. She's been great - patient, always takes the time to hear your concerns and be thorough in treatment, and most importantly, she remembers me everytime i come in. the office is very clean and modern, and everyone is always courteous a helpful. one downside - it can take a while to get an appt for a cleaning. booking weeks out can be hard.

I was so scared before the procedure. But Dr Neer and Jessica got my back. They reassured me before, during and after the procedure. The experience wasn't bad at all. Thank you to all the staff at Premier Dental Associates.

Dr. Galler is knowledgeable and caring. I completed Invisalign with Dr. Galler. Unfortunately. Invisalign did not work to perfection on me, but that is not fault of his. I am satisfied but given the cost of Invisalign I expected a miracle. I would recommend Dr. Galler to any frined seeking a good Orthodontist.

Dr. Galler made the invisilign process smooth and easy. As a adult, I was nervous about wearing braces but Dr. Galler made me feel at ease. He explained the process and answered all my questions--trust me, there were many. I would recommend him to anyone seeking an invisilign specialist.

Initially I had a consultation in Brooklyn with Dr. Galler who told me my invisilign would take about a year. About a year later I finished my invisilign in NYC, seeing results after 3 months. The invisilign took about a about a week to get used to and didnt bother me much. The process closed my teeth using 26 retainers * 2 weeks a piece. The only retainers didnt keep me from eating and were actually comfortable in my mouth. Dr. Galler seems to know his stuff and is courteous and respectful. Neat and modern office.

Dr. Gallar remade my smile with Invisalign. it is amazing how much more confident I am of my smile.

Dr. Galler is amazing! He always provides me with in depth explanations of the Invisalign processes and my progress. He always sticks within our appointment time, and never has me waiting - which is perfect for those of us who need to come in during our lunch breaks.
